About Malia Donn
In 1989 I moved here to North Texas from California. I owned and managed a booming horse business under the name of Crosby Farms. For over 16 years, I raised, purchased, marketed, and developed many American Quarter Horse World Champions, Superiors, International Champions and Honor Roll Recipients. Along the way, we moved within the area, successfully renovating and ultimately selling each facility and home. Because of my love for the land and beautiful homes in our area, I feel that I can impart the knowledge I've have gained for recognizing the potential in your property.
I love my job! Just as I had done for years in the Horse Industry, I've have been able to make my business be my pleasure. Maybe because I do enjoy my occupation, I am able to convey my client's desires to the other side in a positive manner, enabling a smooth negotiation and a pleasant transaction.
In 2004, Malia had the distinction of being named, Rookie of The Year for Keller Williams Realty - Denton. Malia will devote as much time and energy to the first time home buyer/seller as she will for the million dollar+ buyer/seller. My client's goals become my goals, and I won't stop until I have satisfied them!
Since Malia's beginning with Keller Williams in 2004, she acted as an Exclusive Buyer's Agent. She did not list properties, and only represented people interested in buying Real Estate in North Dallas/ Ft Worth and all surrounding areas. This experience has given us an extra insight as to Real Estate Buyers' needs, worries and expectations. Our specialty is Homes, Homes with Acreage, Horse Ranches and Farms, Lake Properties in all locations north of Dallas and Fort Worth.
